Oeco™ System Guarantee
If for any reason the Oeco™ System is not for you, simply return the unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
How do I return my order?
To return your Oeco™ System, contact us first using the Contact form on the website, then print your name, phone #, email address you used when you signed up, billing address, and your order # if you have it on a piece of paper (or include the packing list that came with your order) and include it with the unused product so your refund will be processed quickly.
Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment just in case it is lost in transit. If you have the tracking number, you will receive a refund even if it's not received back at the distribution center.
